• Liability: M&E Elite Detailing is not responsible for any pre-existing damage, scratches, paint defects, or issues arising after the cleaning service. Customers are required to remove all personal belongings, including valuables, from the vehicle prior to service. M&E Elite Detailing is not liable for any loss or damage to personal items left in the vehicle.
  
• Final Inspection: Upon completion of the detailing service, customers are encouraged to perform a thorough walk-around inspection of their vehicle. Approval of the service upon this inspection signifies acceptance, and M&E Elite Detailing will not be responsible for any subsequent claims.
  
• Service Times: Estimated service times are provided as a guideline and may vary based on the vehicle’s condition, size, and level of dirtiness. While we strive to complete services promptly, unforeseen circumstances may affect these estimates.
  
• Cancellations & No-Shows: Customers must provide at least 12 hours’ notice for cancellations to avoid forfeiting the session or incurring a $20 rescheduling fee. No-shows will result in the forfeiture of the session. M&E Elite Detailing reserves the right to charge the full amount for missed appointments without prior notice.
  
• Business Cancellations: M&E Elite Detailing reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to emergencies or unforeseen circumstances. Customers will be notified as soon as possible in such events.
• Photographs and Video: By availing our services, customers grant M&E Elite Detailing permission to take photographs or videos of their vehicle for marketing and training purposes. These materials will not be sold or shared with third parties without consent.
• Payment: Payment is due upon completion of the detailing service. We accept cash and e-transfer. Please note that a $30 fee will be charged for any returned checks due to insufficient funds.
  
• Weather Delays: For services conducted outdoors, appointments may be rescheduled in the event of extreme weather conditions to ensure the safety of both the vehicle and our staff.
• Vehicle Condition: All vehicles are cleaned at the customer’s own risk and must be able to withstand normal cleaning processes. M&E Elite Detailing is not liable for any mechanical or electrical issues that may arise during or after the service.
• Child Seats: Customers are advised to remove child seats prior to the detailing service. M&E Elite Detailing is not responsible for reinstalling child seats and will not be liable for any issues arising from improperly secured seats.
